What’s included
Your retreat experience includes one night of accommodations at the Spillover Motel in Coplin Plantation, a full day of programming on Saturday at a private Coplin Plantation Residence and a half day on Sunday, thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge while exploring the magic of the Maine mountains. Throughout the weekend, you'll enjoy yoga, guided meditation and breathwork, sauna and cold plunge experiences, gentle foliage walks through the beautiful Maine landscape at Jenna and Winter’s favorite hidden spots, nourishing vegetarian meals, and meaningful connection with a supportive community. We've created a balance of movement, rest, nature, and reflection—giving you the opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and return home feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired.

Surrounded by mountain views, winding rivers, vibrant fall foliage, and endless natural beauty, this area offers the perfect setting to unplug and reconnect.
