This 8-day wellness retreat invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your most radiant self. We’ll gather in Barcelona for exploration, settle into a private countryside retreat, La Bruguera and expand the journey exploring the storybook streets of Girona and spains beautiful coast!

Pack your passport, roll up your yoga mat (just kidding, it’s provided), and bring your wide-open heart. We’re heading to Spain for a week of movement, stillness, sunshine, siestas, and soul-deep restoration. Come home to yourself beneath the Spanish sun.

Retreat activities, accommodations, practitioners, restaurants, and excursions may shift slightly due to availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the overall retreat experience and intention.
Group transportation for scheduled retreat activities and transfers outlined in the itinerary is included. Additional transportation outside of scheduled retreat programming is the responsibility of the participant.
What is Not Included
Airfare to and from Spain (we suggest Iberia, BOS —> BCN red eye, non-stop)
Transportation from Barcelona airport to hotel (approx. $40 euro, 20 min taxi)
Travel insurance (required)
Meals during free time or outside scheduled group meals
Souvenirs, personal purchases, or extra excursions
Additional wellness add-ons outside of planned retreat activities
InvestMent
The investment for this experience is $2,925 per person.
To reserve your spot, a $250 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a future Ember & Arrow Retreat, within 12 months if you need to cancel at least 90 days prior to the retreat start date.
The remaining balance may be paid in full or split into flexible 6 or 12 month payment plans, allowing you to spread out your investment over time. Guests choosing the pay in full option are kindly asked to complete their remaining balance within 30 days of registration.
All retreat balances, including payment plans, must be completed no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date.
If your plans change, payments made beyond the initial deposit are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat. After that point, all payments are non-refundable due to the nature of advance bookings and vendor commitments.
If we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist, we will always do our best to offer a refund or transfer of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged and should include coverage for trip cancellation, delays, and medical needs.
Payment Methods
To keep things simple and minimize additional processing fees, we encourage payment via check, cash, or Venmo whenever possible.
Credit card payments are also available for convenience, with a 3% processing fee applied. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Payment plans are expected to remain current according to the agreed upon schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your retreat spot and payments made, subject to the cancellation terms outlined above. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Some guests prefer to pay in full, while others opt for a 6 or 12 month plan to spread things out with ease. If you need help with another payment structure, we’re happy to work with you, please just let us know.
All payments are completed 60 days prior to the retreat, and we’re always happy to help you find a plan that works best for you.
